We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all UK orders.

No minimum spend

No hidden delivery fees

The shipping cost will always show as £0.00 at checkout.

Europe and International shipping costs apply. 

3. Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). During peak times, orders may be slightly longer. 

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please note: Processing time is separate from delivery time.

4. Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g. weather conditions, courier delays, peak periods).

5. Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

6. Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

7. Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for:

Orders delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address details

Orders delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, we may need to charge for re-delivery.
